Features

1. Attach the targets to your goal at the desired height.
2. Firmly hold the hook at one end of the bungee cord.
3. Insert the hook into the welded lacing wire on the back of the goal post.
4. Repeat the above step with the hook on the opposite end of the bungee cord.
5. Adjust the targets to your preferred positions by sliding them along the bungee cord.
6. Important Warning: Bungees under tension may spring back if accidentally released. Always hold the hook securely when attaching it to the goal.
